International cash management solutions providers IBOS needed to redevelop their web based application which provides corporate customers with an international cash management tool.
The existing application had a number of issues which made the management cumbersome for the IBOS team and clients. Although having been with the same provider for many years, IBOS felt that The Site Doctor would be a more suitable provider.
The resulting online application/database allows the banks to easily enter information and IBOS to monitor the inter-bank transfers using a wide selection of analysis tools.
The solution we produced for IBOS contained the following features:
- Secure multilevel logon (different user groups/access rights)
- A selection of cash management tools
- Member email/alert system
- Automatic and manual email alerts to prompt data collection
- Error checking of submitted data -alerting the user to invalid submissions
- Save functionality for partially completed submissions
- Reports which show data specific to the logon ID i.e. users can only see their own information
- A powerful CMS
- Online document management and storage
- Advanced user security features allowing IBOS to watch users in real time and deny access to the system (or any chosen page)
- Full audit trail
Since being launched, we have worked with IBOS to further improve and refine the service and hope to do so going into the future.
