Multiple global marketing campaigns?
So did T-Mobile when they came to talk to us, they needed a way of co-ordinating all on-going marketing efforts to ensure maximum efficiency across boarders.
As with many global organisations, at any one time T-Mobile have multiple extremely large and complex marketing campaigns to co-ordinate and as they grew into new markets, linking the campaigns together to ensure they were as effective as possible was becoming increasingly difficult so they contact The Site Doctor to see if we could help.
The system we proposed allowed each marketing department to quickly and easily identify what their international counterparts were proposing, weeks, months, even years into the future while being able to independently manage their own local marketing strategy.
Users can add, edit or remove propositions on the system, as soon as the changes have been saved, they are available to every other user with access ensuring that all marketing personnel have up-to-date information. For ease of use offline, analysis, reporting or presentations, all information was easily downloadable into Excel and even included advanced –and on-demand– production of Excel based Gantt Charts.
Each user is required to log into the system using their own, unique login credentials which then localises all content of the system to their native language. As the details of any campaign are often highly sensitive, the system also features a full audit trail of each user’s activity which allows the system administrator to quickly view a user’s actions.
